Sioux Falls-based nonprofit ministry LifeLight is partnering with the Tyson Events Center to bring a new Christian music festival to Sioux City. They are coming alongside local churches and community leaders to build its first full-scale Sioux City festival- a free day of ministry music, family experiences, action sports, and community outreach.
LifeLight Sioux City is scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 14th, 2027.
The all-day event will feature a main stage in the north parking lot of the Tyson Events Center with musical performances and speakers. Additional attractions on the opposite side of the arena will include BMX and FMX action sports, food trucks, and retail vendors.
Organizers say the event is intended to be more than a music festival. LifeLight plans to partner with Convoy of Hope and other organizations to provide free resources and assistance for people of all ages.
Musical artists and speakers will be announced when agreements are finalized.
